Returns and Refund Policy

1. There are no refunds or returns. If you need to cancel an order, online store credit will be provided which you can use on any other date based on availability. This credit does not expire.

2. To request online store credit please contact us at least 5 days before the day of the order. In special circumstances of severe weather there can be exceptions.
